I was truck by the similarity in the case with which i have been involved since 1992 - the case of Dr. John David Kuntz, which actually started in 1975. His story has been blackened by the so called justice system and thrust forward by the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'misled\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' media - very intentially by the legal power boys. Can you imagine 20 years of being denied by the judiciary his common law right to cross examine his accuseres is so hard to believe. So far i have found about 50 judges and about 18 law firms involved in suppressing the Truth! like Dr. Gabrielle, Dr. Kuntz\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s research revealed a medical breakthrough with regards to spinal surgery that would have made Canada a world leader in spine surgery WITHOUT ANY DOUBT - American medical authorities have vouched for this. just one quote by the Chair of the American Academy of Neurolical and Orthopaedic Surgeons- Dr. Rask: \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"Dr. Kuntz is one of the, if not the finest spinal surgeon in the world today\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" i ask you why would in excess of 200 companies infringe upon his world wide patents?? Canadians are paying millions and millions of dollars anually for a fraudulent subsidy based on the negative untested unproven allegations fo Dr. Kuntz\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'a research - this can be proved, but more so is the fact that thousands of Canadians are left to live in pain, commit suicide or die from the lack of his services. THE PROOF IS THERE - THE PROOF IS THERE, but it is being deliberatelys nuffed and he has been forced into bankruptcy and crushed. There is not one court in Canada that he can go to, because the Chief Jusice is a root cause of his demise. i sure hope that Dr. Gabrielle does not have to go through the same hoops that Dr. Kuntz has and is going through. The files on Dr. Kuntz\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s 30 year saga is enormous, but a key letter by a BC Court of Appeal Judge who judged against him abd later saw how he had been duped by unethical (for lack of a stronger word) shows that this whole Justice/legal system is nothing but a huge business that robs the taxpayers. The Truth of it?? i am an advocate for True Justice and i certainly would not have spent the long road since 1992 trying to bring this to light for one man. i see what Canadians should have made available to them. This research is incredible. it identifies some 100 seemingly unrelated diseases that can be healed or put into remission. Anyway - who the hell cares - the whole system is so incredibly incestuous between doctors, politicians, lawyers and judges OF A CERTAIN ILK who are solely interested in POWER, JEALOUSY AND THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR. i hope that i have not bent your ear, but Dr. Gabrielle\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s story helped me get it off my chest.
